Papa a la Huancaina $7 (V)
Sliced Yukon potatoes topped with Huancaina sauce, garnished with sliced hardboiled eggs and marinated olives. (Originally from the Andean highlands, Huancaina sauce is a mildly spiced feta cheese sauce.)
